The Child Development Associate Credential, or CDA, is a national credential awarded by the CDA Council of Professional Recognition to early childhood professionals who have shown they have met the beginning level competencies needed for working with young children. It is a significant accomplishment and an option for starting a successful career in early childhood education.
We are Successful Solutions Training in Child Development, and our CDA training program meets the educational requirements to apply for a CDA whether you live in Georgia, Florida, Washington, etc. It is the same regardless of which state that you live in. We offer a renewal for the CDA training also.

What do you know about the CDA or the process to obtain it?
There is more to the CDA Credential than just 120 hours of training. Do you want answers about what you need to do? We can help! Our student support staff will gladly explain the FULL CDA process to you, and answer all of your questions. We want you to be SUCCESSFUL! And, we have two advanced level trainers/CDA Advisors on staff! Our trainers have 25+ years’ experience as child care professionals.
What if I need help or have a question?
We offer the most comprehensive student support available in a web based learning environment.
Here at Successful Solutions, we have the very best student support staff! Not only are we the kindest, most helpful ladies around, we are available when you need us, so don't worry if it's a holiday, we are probably here! Our hours are: (Pacific Time) Monday-Friday 6:30 am – 9 pm AND Saturday-Sunday 8 am – 9 pm.
When, Where and How can I access my training?
When you enroll in training with Successful Solutions during our business hours, you will receive access to your training within 30 minutes, but usually much sooner! You can access your training at any time, from any computer, for as much or as little time as you need. You will receive a link to a training platform created specifically for you, with courses you desire, even if you need a customized package. The training is all online and you will find help, should you need it, from our friendly staff.
Do I have any options regarding payment?
Yes! We have several payment options. You can choose to enroll in the entire training, all eight modules (competency areas). We have a half now and half later plan, four modules now and four later. Or, you can enroll in one module at a time. There are no due dates for each payment, whether for the half and half or the per module option. Once you have completed your first set of courses, you can enroll in the next set.
How do I prove I completed the training?
We provide you with eight certificates, one for each CDA Competency. Having a certificate for each competency simplifies preparing the CDA application, which will require that you list how many hours of training you have completed in each competency area. Certificates and transcripts are prepared 7 days a week. In most cases, you should receive your CDA Training certificate or transcripts by email the same day that you request it.
