One-on-One Instructor Guided STARS Training

10 Hours Washington STARS/MERIT Credit

Also available: Instructor Guided STARS 20 Hour Basic * CDA Credential Style!!

This training is eligible to apply for reimbursement through the STARS Scholarship Reimbursement Program.

10 Hours CDA Training

• Instructor observation of student working in the classroom setting, focusing on the CDA Competency selected.

• Instructor/student reflection of observation.

• One-on-one coaching to establish goals.

• Assignments for student to build professional resources.

• Written assessment for student to demonstrate understanding of learning objectives.

• Competency Goal 2: To advance physical and intellectual competence.
• Competency Goal 3: To support social and emotional development and to provide positive guidance.
• Competency Goal 4: To establish positive and productive relationships with families.

• Competency Goal 6: To maintain a commitment to professionalism.

Skype sessions available in all other locations.
